Corn Street

Corn Street, Bristol, England

Love that street and Saint Nicolas Market. There are some booths and selling artistic goods, and fresh foods especially on Wednesday.

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON

Don't know why it is so impactful around England, so take a look at a website about the history behind.

It was formed by the British Government as the department responsible for publicity and propaganda during the Second World War.

There were originally two other posters with it and became a series, however the third and the final one - KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON of the set was not happened and never seen officially by the public. Nearly 60 years later, a bookseller found this hidden poster amongst a pile of dusty old books.

Though the Civil Servant who created this set of poster still remains unknown it has been shown up rapidly and many versions are applied on the design.

Direct, go straight forward to the point with a clear background proves that how does it work. this is why all these years people still find it funny.
